What is PAYE?

With Generate’s PAYE solution, the contractor becomes one of our workers, receiving a fixed salary as agreed with the agency on a weekly or monthly basis.

PAYE is the simplest payroll solution we offer, however it is only available for contractors working through a single recruitment agency. It is therefore likely to suit those on medium to long-term assignments.

Who Should Use PAYE?

PAYE is suitable for any contractor working on a single assignment through one of the agencies who have agreed to operate through this solution.

As a PAYE contractor, you become a Generate worker, enjoying all the benefits that come with it, including entitlement to statutory sick pay and statutory maternity/paternity pay. You work is fully covered by our comprehensive insurance policies and all taxes and national insurance deductions are taken care of and paid to HMRC on your behalf.
